Train in a high-energy small group environment with a maximum of 5 people per class. Our HIIT-style circuit sessions keep you moving through different workout stations including ropes, assault bikes, rowers and strength equipment.

12 Week Summer Shape Challenge

Phase 1 – Development

Weeks 1–4 focus on learning movements and building conditioning.

Phase 2 – Building

Weeks 5–8 increase intensity with stronger circuits and endurance work.

Phase 3 – Maintenance

Weeks 9–12 focus on maintaining progress and preparing for summer.
