Logan Ross
Logan Ross is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Performance Coach with a lifelong passion for athletic development, movement, and human performance. Having participated in competitive sports since childhood — including hockey, football, track and field, cross-country running, CrossFit, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — he understands the dedication, discipline, and resilience required to continually improve both inside and outside the gym.
For the past 11 years, Logan has immersed himself in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, earning his Black Belt while building an accomplished competitive résumé. Throughout his career, he has earned more than 40 medals, including over 30 gold medals and six Absolute Championship titles. His achievements include a bronze medal at the IBJJF American Nationals, gold medals at the IBJJF Pro events in San Diego and New York, and podium finishes at the Seattle Open. These experiences continue to shape his approach to coaching, emphasizing technical mastery, consistency, and long-term development.
Logan specializes in strength and performance training, athletic development, mobility, and movement quality. While he enjoys helping clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals, he is especially passionate about working with athletes, combat athletes, and teenagers looking to build strength, confidence, and resilience that extends beyond sport.
His coaching philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: movement comes first. By building quality movement patterns, developing functional strength, and creating sustainable habits, clients don't just perform better — they move through life with greater confidence and capability.
To Logan, physical training is simply the vehicle. The true goal is helping people become stronger in every sense of the word. Strength creates confidence. Confidence builds resilience. And resilience gives people the freedom to pursue the life they want. Every session is an opportunity to challenge limits, develop character, and build habits that last far beyond the walls of the gym.
