  • Off-season training programs: 3 different programs over 12 months to enhance size, symmetry, balance, and shape.

  • Personal training sessions: 1 session in the gym initially, plus 1 session per month during the off-season.

  • Body composition assessments: 4 measurements over 12 months to track progress.

  • Vitamin and supplementation recommendations to optimize gains and support overall health.
