Adjustments to your off-season nutrition plan to meet or maintain your goals.

If your nutrition plan is provided by High Definition Fitness, required adjustments will be made (certain conditions may apply).

Monthly video analysis of an exercise in your off-season training plan to ensure proper form and intensity.

Monthly progress photos (front, back, left, and right sides) to track changes and improvements.
